Kay Douglas - Founder
After many years working with people as a social worker, group facilitator, counsellor and psychotherapist, Kay was well aware of the issues that people struggled with. She decided to create
Let's Thrive to meet a need for a New Zealand-based resource that could offer support and care to many.
The author of four self-help books (
Invisible Wounds, Power Games, Living Life Out Loud and
Challenged by Childhood), Kay is passionate about helping people recover from past challenges and find ways to live more fully.

Lynne Graham - Administrator

With a background in customer services and administration Lynne is well equipped to work with the many and varied tasks that are generated by a website like this. Lynne is committed to providing excellent customer service and developing

The mother of two boys, Lynne enjoys spending time with her family, keeping fit, reading and dress making. Lynne's husband Mark is a keen photographer. You will see several of his photos on this website.

Kerry Kingston - Content & Health Directory Assistant
Kerry’s job involves loading new articles, books and information onto the site and assisting with the Natural Health Practitioner Directory. Kerry’s attention to detail is an important access for these tasks.
Kerry has a three year old son. Her interests include health and wellbeing, cooking, travel and fashion.

John Bailey - General Helper

John is married to Kay. He provides moral support, cups of tea, feedback, occasional advice and sometimes a place for ideas to be bounced off. Aside from these tasks he works as a psychotherapist in private practice with Kay.
John is passionate about surfing, loves spending time with his family and enjoys his work.
