If we care about the environment we can make a difference by taking action.

Poems

hand writing_1.jpgPoetry can be a powerful means of expression - capturing what's in our heart and mind like nothing else. It can also be a satisfying way to connect with one another and give words to life challenges.

Archaeology of the Soul

I dig down deep

in order to hide

I dig down deep

because of my pride

I dig down deep

to anchor my soul

I dig down deep

and discover a hole

I dig down deep

to withhold the fury

I dig down deep

and discover I'm buried

I dig down deep

to contain all the madness

I dig down deep

and uncover the sadness

I dig down deep

to purge my soul

I'll dig down deep

until I get old

Sometimes we need to dig deep to cope with what we have to face.
